ALBA
MEDIA REVIEWS

It’s a breath of fresh air to encounter an affordably priced IEM that excels in build quality, accessories, and fit, especially in a segment dominated by Chi-Fi offerings.

The ALBA reveals these nuances, delivering a more balanced sound signature that preserves all frequency ranges without compromise.

The Meze Audio Alba is an excellent entry-level IEM, boasting remarkable design, comfort, and balanced sound.

The new Meze Audio Alba IEM, will be the single most impactful item within its category, of all the products I'm aware of item in this entire video.

The sound signature leans towards a neutral profile with a touch of warmth, offering a balanced representation across frequencies.

The Meze Audio Alba earphones are a triumph. I love the sound and the decision by Meze Audio to bundle a decent-quality DAC adapter for smartphone listening is a smart one.

If it feel like I didn't complain much about these, it's because I find them close to perfect to so many points of view.

Sleek styling and a fashionable finish still matter. Meze's main man is a bona fide industrial designer after all.

The Meze Audio Alba offers an elegant design with balanced, non-fatiguing sound and solid bass performance.

Meze Alba are tuned exceptionally well, flaunting a price tag that’s within the reach of a vast majority of those in the hobby.

I find myself better appreciating how songs are structured with the Alba. Like how passages lead into another, which notes are accented to give rhythm, or why certain instruments are only present in the background to develop a particular ambience.

For less than $160 the Alba brings an absurd level of broad-appeal performance to the table in a stylish, comfortable, and durable package. It perfectly captures the spirit and mission of the Meze Audio I know and love.

The ALBA is a pair of monitors that says class. Its all-white design makes it look fit for royalty, with its shining silver logo that reflects the light.

The Meze Audio Alba is an exceptional IEM for those stepping into the world of high-quality audio.

The Meze Alba are the perfect choice for those looking for in-ear headphones with a warm, pleasant sound and an attractive design.

They are universal in sound, entertaining, but well-arranged, spacious and engaging, and at the same time not very dependent on the source.

If there’s one defining characteristic of Alba, it’s the highly natural delivery. While there’s a hint of warmth and a touch of smoothness to the sound, the tuning remains largely neutral, and it seems every other part of the sound is aimed at supporting the supremely natural timbre.

The ALBA IEMs are comfortable, stylish, and deliver quality sound without breaking the bank too much. Musicians of all kinds and music listeners will be able to use these with ease and fall in love with their favorite tracks.

I believe Meze have hit a home run with Alba, considering their price and the inclusion of a dongle that pairs so well.

It puts many bigger name rivals in the price bracket to shame on multiple fronts, so for wired listening newcomers, this is an excellent first pair and a step up from the even more budget-friendly alternatives.
