B-stock headphones are items that have been opened or may have minor cosmetic imperfections. All B-stock items are tested and checked by our team to perform as new.

Warranty:
Meze Audio guarantees its products against defects in materials or workmanship, as follows:

• EMYPREAN II, LIRIC 2^nd Generation, 109 PRO: 2 years, applicable worldwide.
• 99 Classics, ALBA: two (2) years for customers from EU countries; one (1) year for customers outside the EU.
• Accessories – 6 months, applicable worldwide.

Return policy:
We have a 15-day return policy for customers from EU countries and a 30-day return policy for customers outside the EU. B-stock items cannot be returned.

Delivery times:
Due to high sales volumes from the Promotion, some delays in our standard shipping and support response times should be expected.
