Kindly note that slight visual variations may occur in our products, reflecting the unique craftsmanship behind each item.

After a long time, the pads that were shipped with the 99 Classic „dissolved“ and I needed new ones. Getting the originals from Meze was my logical choice.
However, be aware that even though these replacement pads are still of the same high quality and comfort they actually are slightly thinner than the originally shipped ones.
It did change the sound for me a bit, since they seal a little less (my head being on the smaller end of the scale).
My wish would be to maybe offer two thicknesses choices in the store.

thicker 99classic pads?

i think the pads on the 99classics are a little bit to thin. my ears start to hurt after a long while of listening. i like the build quality and softness of them.
