About the Role
At Meze Audio, we craft premium headphones that blend engineering, music, and artistry. As a small, privately owned company with a 12-year legacy of organic growth, our team of 60 professionals shares a deep passion for sound.
Now, we are looking for a talented and results-oriented Production Engineer to join our team and actively contribute to optimizing the manufacturing processes of audio headsets, ensuring efficiency and high product quality.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the entire production process to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards
- Monitor production line performance indicators and identify optimization opportunities
- Develop and implement procedures and work instructions to improve productivity and reduce downtime
- Analyse and resolve technical issues that arise during the manufacturing process
- Work closely with the R&D department to integrate new technologies and materials into production
- Ensure the optimal functioning of equipment and propose preventive and corrective maintenance solutions
- Manage production resources and materials to minimize waste and maximize efficiency
- Assist in resolving product complaints that do not meet quality standards
- Ensure compliance with environmental and workplace safety regulations, implementing best practices to reduce environmental impact
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (mechanical, electronics, industrial, or related field)
- Previous experience in production
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with a results-driven mindset
- Experience with Microsoft Office and CAD software
