About the Role
At Meze Audio, we craft premium headphones that blend engineering, music, and artistry. As a privately owned company with a 12-year legacy of organic growth, our team of 60 professionals shares a deep passion for sound.
Now, we’re expanding our Supply Chain Department and looking for a Junior Supply Chain Specialist to support and optimize our procurement and logistics processes.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with internal teams (Shipping, Production, Sales, R&D) and external suppliers to ensure a smooth supply chain flow.
- Monitor and update order statuses, ensuring on-time deliveries and preventing supply chain disruptions.
- Assist in coordinating international shipments, preparing transport documentation, and supporting customs procedures.
- Manage supplier communication, ensuring order confirmations and tracking changes in product components.
- Maintain inventory levels and analyze stock requirements based on historical data and forecasts.
- Support quality control by coordinating inspections, tracking defect rates, and assisting in process improvements.
- Keep the internal system updated with supplier data, purchase orders, deliveries, and payments.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, logistics, or a related field (internships or entry-level experience welcome).
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills and fluency in English (any additional language is a plus).
- Basic understanding of international trade, import/export procedures, and logistics is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is beneficial.
