About the Role
At Meze Audio, we craft premium headphones that blend engineering, music and artistry. As a privately owned company with a 12-year legacy of organic growth, our team of passionate professionals is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of sound.
Now, we’re expanding our R&D team and looking for a Junior Acoustic Engineer (on-site) to support the development and optimization of our headphone products.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist in the design, testing and evaluation of headphone prototypes.
- Conduct acoustic measurements and analyze data to assess sound performance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize product acoustics.
- Research and explore new audio technologies and trends.
- Document test results, design specifications and technical findings.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Passion for sound, audio technology and product development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic proficiency in CAD software (an advantage).
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Hands-on approach and willingness to experiment with prototyping and testing.
- Availability to work on-site at our headquarters.
- Knowledge of the Romanian language is an advantage for quick integration into the team and community, but not a requirement.
