Marco Werba is a composer and conductor who has an American Citizenship but lives and works in Rome (Italy) since 1966. He studied composition and Film music at the “Mannes College of Music” in New York and has a degree in composition and choral conducting.
From 1988 to 2024 he has been writing film scores for about 45 European and US feature films. His first soundtrack for director Cristina Comencini’s movie “Zoo”, won the Italian “Colonna Sonora” Award. The film score of “Giallo”, by cult Italian director Dario Argento, starring Adrien Brody, won three awards. He recently won an award for the US feature drama, "Hello Beautiful", performed by members of the "London Symphony Orchestra".
