Lucas Brar is a guitarist, arranger & singer/songwriter from Stockholm, Sweden. He is known for his unique arrangements on guitar, combining a virtuosic classical technique with the elements of jazz. He has over 500.000 subscribers on Youtube, and his videos have reached over 50 million views. He completed his Master's degree in Classical Guitar at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater 2013, under the tutorship of Professor Franz Halasz who referred to Lucas as “One of the most promising young guitarists in the upcoming guitar field”. He was the 2009 recipient of the prestigious Rosenborg-Gehrmans scholarship, for a ”Poetic and technically refined playing at the highest level”.
